1. No sign-up required

You can use most features without signing up or logging in. We do not ask for your name, phone number, address, or national ID number.

2. Information stored only on your device

Your trip plans, expenses, receipt photos, travel document vault, favorites, and language/display settings are stored only on your device. We do not send them to our servers. They are deleted when you uninstall the App.

3. Information used only if you choose

Location: Used to find nearby pharmacies, luggage storage, and places. Only if you allow location permission, and only while you use the App. We do not keep a location history; coordinates may be passed to our data providers (such as Supabase) to look up nearby information.

Camera and photos: Used for menu translation and attaching receipts. When you use menu translation or automatic receipt reading, the photo you choose is sent to an external AI service (NVIDIA) for translation and analysis. Please avoid photos that show personal information.

Notifications: Trip reminders are scheduled on your device and are not sent to a server.

Account: If you use a feature that requires Google sign-in, your Google account email, profile name and photo, and nickname are processed and stored in Google Firebase.

4. Usage statistics (only if you agree)

If you agree, we collect app opens, screen visits, key button use (for example, tapping a partner offer or choosing a theme), app version, platform (Android/iOS), app language, device type, and OS version to improve the App.

We do not collect your name, location, search terms, or anything you type. You are identified only by a random anonymous ID stored on your device. Data is stored on the EU servers of our analytics service, PostHog, and an approximate country/region may be inferred from your IP address.

You can turn this off anytime in Settings > Usage statistics.

5. External services and third parties

Supabase: travel information, notices, and partner offer data / Cloudflare: public API relay / Google Firebase: accounts and posts (when those features are used) / NVIDIA: menu translation and receipt reading / PostHog: usage statistics (with your consent) / Expo: app update delivery / Public data portals, Kakao, and others: transit, weather, and map information

Processing outside your country: To provide the service, some information may be processed on servers abroad. Usage statistics are processed by PostHog (European Union), menu and receipt photos by NVIDIA (United States), account information by Google Firebase (United States), and app updates by Expo (United States); other data and relay providers (such as Supabase and Cloudflare) may also use servers abroad. All transfers use encrypted connections (HTTPS).

When you tap a partner offer (such as Klook), you are taken to that site, affiliate tracking information is passed along, and that site's own privacy policy applies afterwards. The App may earn a commission on bookings made through affiliate links.

6. Retention and deletion

Information on your device is deleted when you uninstall the App. Information stored on servers (account information, usage statistics) is deleted when it is no longer needed. To request deletion, contact us below.

7. Your rights

You can turn off usage statistics in Settings, and withdraw location, camera, photo, and notification permissions in your device settings at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact us below.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will let you know through a notice in the App.

1. 회원가입 없이 쓸 수 있어요

앱은 회원가입이나 로그인 없이 대부분의 기능을 이용할 수 있으며, 이름·전화번호·주소·주민등록번호 등을 요구하지 않습니다.

2. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보

여행 일정, 지출 내역, 영수증 사진, 여행 서류 보관함, 즐겨찾기, 언어·화면 설정은 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며 저희 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.

3. 선택적으로 사용하는 정보

위치: 주변 약국·짐보관소·장소 찾기 등에 현재 위치를 사용합니다. 위치 권한을 허용한 경우에만, 앱을 사용하는 동안 사용합니다. 위치 기록을 저장하지 않으며, 주변 정보를 조회하기 위해 좌표가 데이터 제공 서비스(Supabase 등)로 전달될 수 있습니다.

카메라·사진: 메뉴판 번역과 영수증 첨부에 사용합니다. 메뉴판 번역이나 영수증 자동 인식을 쓰면 선택한 사진이 번역·분석을 위해 외부 AI 서비스(NVIDIA)로 전송됩니다. 사진에 개인정보가 나오지 않도록 주의해 주세요.

알림: 여행 일정 알림은 기기 안에서 예약되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

계정: 구글 로그인을 사용하는 기능을 이용하면 구글 계정의 이메일, 프로필 이름·사진과 닉네임이 처리되며 Google Firebase에 저장됩니다.

4. 사용 통계 (동의한 경우에만)

동의하면 앱 개선을 위해 앱 열기, 화면 이동, 주요 버튼 사용(예: 제휴 상품 탭, 테마 선택), 앱 버전, 플랫폼(Android/iOS), 앱 언어, 기기 종류와 운영체제 버전을 수집합니다.

이름·위치·검색어·입력한 내용은 수집하지 않으며, 기기에 저장된 임의의 익명 식별자로만 구분합니다. 분석 서비스 PostHog의 유럽(EU) 서버에 저장되며, 접속 IP로 대략적인 국가·지역이 추정될 수 있습니다.

해외 서버 처리: 서비스 제공을 위해 일부 정보가 해외 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 사용 통계는 PostHog(유럽연합), 메뉴판·영수증 사진은 NVIDIA(미국), 계정 정보는 Google Firebase(미국), 앱 업데이트는 Expo(미국)에서 처리되며, 그 밖의 데이터 제공·중계 서비스(Supabase·Cloudflare 등)도 해외 서버를 사용할 수 있습니다. 모든 전송은 암호화된 연결(HTTPS)로 이루어집니다.

제휴 상품(클룩 등)을 누르면 해당 사이트로 이동하며, 제휴 추적 정보가 전달되고 이후에는 해당 사이트의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다. 앱은 제휴 링크를 통한 예약에 대해 수수료를 받을 수 있습니다.

6. 보관과 삭제

기기에 저장된 정보는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 서버에 저장된 정보(계정 정보, 사용 통계)는 이용 목적이 끝나면 삭제하며, 삭제를 원하시면 아래 문의처로 요청해 주세요.

7. 이용자의 권리

사용 통계는 설정에서 끌 수 있고, 위치·카메라·사진·알림 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다. 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제는 아래 문의처로 요청해 주세요.

8. 어린이

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알고 수집하지 않습니다.

9. 방침의 변경

내용이 바뀌면 앱 안 공지로 알려드립니다.
